1. Orders & Payment

Q1: How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the desired product, adding it to your cart, and completing the checkout process.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Q3: How do I know my order is confirmed?
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q4: How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

Q5: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s official website.

Q6: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, items marked “Free Shipping” on the product page are eligible for free delivery.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Q7: What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Original/OEM parts and installed items are not returnable.

Q8: How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any items back.

Q9: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customer pays if the return is due to wrong order or no longer needed.

  • Tian Guan covers shipping if the return is due to product defects or incorrect shipment.


4. Warranty

Q10: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products have a 1-year warranty from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Q11: What does the warranty cover?
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material or workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, or labor costs.
