Terms & Conditions – Simplified E-commerce Version
1. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price.
All orders are subject to availability.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.
You will receive an order confirmation email after payment.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or customs.
Free shipping applies only to items marked “Free Shipping”.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid phone number.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 90 days for unused items in original packaging.
All returns require an RMA number.
Return shipping is customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
Original/OEM parts are non-returnable.
Refunds or exchanges are issued after inspection of returned items.
4. Warranty
Products include a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material or workmanship issues.
Warranty does not cover: normal wear, misuse, modifications, or labor costs.
Most warranty claims require the product to be returned for inspection.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tian Guan is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profit or downtime.
Products are supplied as-is, according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Shiyan City, Hubei Province, China.
