Warranty Policy

🛡️ Warranty Service Support

Tian Guan provides a 1-year warranty for all products sold, starting from the date of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, all new replacement parts are covered under this warranty.


1. Warranty Support & Contact

If you experience any warranty-related issues with a purchased product, please contact our technical support team by email:

Our professional technicians will assist you in diagnosing the issue and guide you through the warranty claim process.


2. Warranty Evaluation Process

  • Most warranty claims require the product to be returned to Tian Guan for inspection and evaluation.

  • If necessary, our warranty technicians may provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to return the product.

  • After the returned product has been evaluated, items confirmed to be eligible under warranty will be repaired or replaced by TIAN GUAN at our discretion.


3. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material or workmanship issues only.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Labor costs for installation, removal, or inspection

  • Rental or replacement equipment costs

  • Production downtime, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential damages


4. Warranty Exclusions

  • Any tampering, modification, or disassembly of the product will void the warranty.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or operating conditions outside recommended specifications is not covered.


5. Manufacturer Warranty Review

Please note that any new product found to be defective within the 1-year warranty period will be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty evaluation.

This manufacturer review process may take additional time, depending on the manufacturer’s procedures.
