Q1: What is Tian Guan’s return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase, provided the item is brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.


Q2: Do I need to contact you before returning a product?

Yes. All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Q3: How do I request an RMA number?

To request an RMA number, please email or call us with:

  • Your order number

  • The part number

  • The reason for return

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Q4: Which items are not eligible for return?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Original/OEM parts

  • Items returned without an approved RMA number


Q5: Can I exchange a product instead of requesting a refund?

Yes. For non-warranty returns, exchanges are available for replacement parts only.
Please indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange when submitting your RMA request.


Q6: Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?

  • If the return is due to wrong item ordered or no longer needed, the customer pays the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item shipped, Tian Guan covers the return shipping cost.


Q7: Will I receive a full refund?

Yes. Items that are unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
If the item originally qualified for free shipping, no shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.


Q8: How long does it take to receive my refund?

  • PayPal refunds are usually completed within 1 business day.

  • Credit card refunds are typically processed within 5 business days
    (Bank processing times may vary.)


Q9: What should I do if my product has a warranty issue?

For any warranty-related problems, please contact our technical support team.
Warranty claims are handled separately according to our warranty policy.


Q10: Where should I send my return?

Please do not ship any items without contacting us first.
Once your RMA is approved, our team will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
