STG51278 Starter Motor is a new aftermarket replacement designed for Yamaha 40HP 40XWH outboard marine engines.

Featuring a 12V, 0.6KW, 9-tooth, counterclockwise-rotation PMDD (Permanent Magnet Direct Drive) design, it provides reliable cranking performance and stable starting power for marine applications.

This starter is designed to replace Yamaha 66T-81800-00-00 and corresponding Arrowhead, J&N, Lester, Mitsuba and other aftermarket starter applications.
