    Product Description

    STG92909 is a new aftermarket PMDD starter motor designed for Yamaha ATV applications, including the Big Bear 350 YFM350U and YFM350F. It replaces Yamaha 4KB-81800-00-00 and 4KB-81890-00-00 and Denso 228000-4140 / 228000-8910. Current catalogs specify the unit as a 12V, 9-tooth, clockwise (CW) starter with a 9-spline shaft.

    For the Big Bear 350, the documented applications include YFM350U 2WD 1999 and YFM350F/YFM350FW 4WD 1996–1999. The same starter family is also used on Yamaha Big Bear 400, Kodiak 400 and Wolverine 350 models.
