    The STG93171 Starter Motor is a heavy-duty replacement starter designed for Perkins 4000 Series industrial diesel engines, including 4012TAG1, 4012TWG2, and 4012TEG2 engine applications.

    This starter motor replaces OEM references 701/134 and 701/129 and delivers reliable 24V 9.0KW starting performance with an 11-tooth pinion gear and clockwise rotation. It is designed for large-displacement Perkins engines used in generator sets, industrial power systems, and heavy-duty applications.
